At RADIANT Glow, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days — Free on orders over $150
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days — Calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (US): 1 business day — Calculated at checkout
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days — Calculated at checkout
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $150. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying order total is reached.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
6. International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
RADIANT Glow is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Please retain all original packaging and take photographs of any damage for our records.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. RADIANT Glow is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@radiantglow.com — address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
9. Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Please review this page periodically for any updates.
